We offer training courses in alternative healing. All course can be booked through the contact us page or by calling us direct.

Courses are done on a one to one basis or small groups and are delivered totally at your own pace.

All materials are provided including training manuals and certificates of completion.

Usui Reiki Training

Reiki is a natural healing system that uses Universal Life Energy to help enable healing. Pronounced Ray-key it is two Japanese words which mean Universal Life Energy, an energy which is all around us.

Reiki Level 1 – Self Heal: - £40

Learn the history and basics of Reiki and begin the foundation of your training, or learn simply to practice on yourself, your family, pets and friends. This course lasts for half a day and consists of 1 lesson. In Reiki Level 1 you will learn: -

The History of Reiki
The need for self healing
Chakras
Reiki hand positions
The five principles of Reiki
Reiki Symbols
Attunements

It is advised that you complete Level 2 before you set up a Practice, however you can incorporate Reiki level 1 as a gentle way to enhance your other therapies.

Reiki Level 2 – Practitioner/Distance: - £50

The next step in your Reiki journey and the second part to your "Reiki Degree", at this level you are taught how to use the different Reiki symbols, how to heal others and how to use distance healing. Course consists of one lesson but must have completed level 1 first. You will learn the following: -

Distance healing
Past healing
Symbols including distance and master symbol
Self healing
Attunements
Advanced Reiki techniques.

Please not that it is best to have achieved your level one 6 months prior to taking your Reiki 2.

Reiki Level 3 – Master/Teacher: - £60

The final step of Reiki training, at this level you will learn how to initiate and attune others, so that they can channel Reiki energy and be given the Master Reiki symbol. Course consists of one lesson but must have completed levels 1 & 2 first. The course consists of the following: -

Reiki, a way of life
Healing your past and future
How to give attunements
Self healing
Practice
Symbols
Attunements
More advanced techniques.
Using crystals and grids.

Please note that it is best to have achieved your level two 6 months prior to taking your Reiki 3.

It is possible to continue your Reiki journey us if started elsewhere, as long as it was Usui Reiki.

Crystal Healing Diploma - £250

The course is divided into 10 lessons each lasting 2 hours. Payment plan is available.
This course is flexible learning and can be carried out at times to suit both you and the tutor.

In this course you will learn all about: -

The Mineral kingdom
Communicating with your crystals
Working with Subtle Energies
Gems, Colours and Chakras
Energies and the use of Gems
Choosing, cleansing and programming your crystals
Crystal Meditation
Treatments and layouts

Please note no prior knowledge of crystals or healing is necessary for this course.
